2. Description of Service

Guesso is a daily word guessing game where players ask yes/no questions to figure out a mystery word. The game is provided free of charge and is designed for entertainment purposes.

3. Game Rules and Mechanics

3.1 Basic Gameplay

  • Each player has 20 questions to guess the daily mystery word
  • All questions must be answerable with "Yes" or "No"
  • Players can make a guess at any time during the game
  • Each user can play once per day
  • The mystery word changes daily at midnight

3.2 Scoring and Progress

  • Success is determined by correctly guessing the mystery word
  • Game progress is saved locally in your browser
  • No global leaderboards or rankings are maintained

4. User Conduct

When using Guesso, you agree to:

  • Play the game fairly and in good spirit
  • Respect other players by not sharing answers or spoilers
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unfair advantages

5. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game
  • Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the game
  • Spoiling: Sharing answers, hints, or spoilers with other players
  • Hacking: Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the game
  • Abuse: Any form of abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
  • Commercial Use: Using the game for commercial purposes without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Guesso and all its content, including but not limited to:

  • Game design, mechanics, and user interface
  • Text, graphics, logos, and visual elements
  • Software code and algorithms
  • Trademarks and brand elements

are owned by netabis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Service Availability
